Anybody not have procardia stop contractions?

I've been on hospital bedrest for a few days because I was having regular contractions & started to dilate. I'm 25wks. They gave me magnesium and it slowerd them down for awhile then they camr back again full force. I was put on p17 and procardia but I'm STILL contracting. Anybody else have this happen? Did you end up delivering early if it was a previous pregnancy?

I don't have any experience with this but I just wanted to say I hope the contractions stop and you can go home soon. sending lots of positive thoughts your way!!

I had a friend have this happen at 24 weeks. She delivered at 39 weeks a healthy 9 pound boy. But she was on complete bed rest at home once the contractions were under control
