Ok people with one-nappers... I have a bunch of questions because I think we really need to drop a nap. She is still napping easily twice a day but has been awake a ton at night and waking earlier... Not crying, just awake and playing.
Questions...
1. How long are your wake intervals? Wake to nap and nap to bedtime...
2. When do you do lunch? She wakes early anyway so it feels like ill have to break lunch into two.
3. How long is your one nap and how much night sleep should I be expecting? Right now she will sleep 3.5 hours during the day but we are struggling to get even 10 night hours.

The transition was quick, she was down to one nap at daycare and after we came back from vacation I just started doing one nap.
she sleeps 7pm-7am on average, nap is 1.5-2 hrs.
sShe's up from about 7am to 11 or 12, so 5-6 hours of awake time between sleeps.
Lunch is kind of an issue at home when she naps from about 11-1:30. I don't think she's ready for lunch at 10:30 so I wait and feed her around 2. It's late, but it doesn't mess with dinner. We usually eat and stay up a little later on the weekends anyway. At daycare, she eats lunch at 11 and is napping by 12. I just can't get her to stay up past 11 am at home. Not as stimulating I guess. But this will change as she gets older and her nap is pushed later so I'm not worried about it now. She's not waking up starving or anything.

He's up at 6:30-7:30am
Goes down anywhere between 11:30am and 1pm.
Sleeps 1.5-2.5 hours.
Lunch is after nap.
Down for bed anywhere from 7:30pm and 9pm.....not always linked with when he went down for his nap. Some days he just seems to have more energy and will fight bedtime longer. Not always fussy....just not sleepy.
So he's getting 10-12 hours at night.
