Can I get some T&P for tomorrows appointment? -update-

So I could really use some thoughts, prayers, growing vibes, and positive energy sent to me for my appointment tomorrow. A little background...a week ago I started bleeding red at 6w5d which freaked the s**t out of me. I had been in and out of the RE office every other day for increased bleeding and near passing out episodes. At first they gave me the 'wait and see' feedback as the baby seemed to have a slower than normal heart rate at one of the appointments. At the last appointment (Saturday) the baby measured on track and had a nice healthy HB, but I was diagnosed with a SCH-- hence the bleeding. I had completely convinced myself that the baby was gone before the Saturday appointment because of the amount of bleeding and my history with the two early losses prior. So I was honestly shocked when the baby was still there. So tomorrow afternoon I have another appointment for an ultrasound to check on how things are going in there. I'm hoping to see some growth and a nice healthy HB. My bleeding has significantly decreased to the point where is is more like spotting than the actual period like bleeding that I had before. The date of this appointment is also a bit of a trigger because the 7w6d marker is when I find out about my miscarriage last time around. So, I could really use some positive thoughts for tomorrow! Thanks for your support ladies.

Update--- Thanks for all the well wishes...unfortunately I found out today that we lost our baby. I just feel so numb. This is now the 3rd loss in 9 months. And to make matters worse with the timing tomorrow was supposed to be my due date for my first pregnancy. Instead I will be having a d&c. Life can be so cruel sometimes.
