So i have been EBF for 5 months now but i am so ready to start getting my old body back. Has anyone been able to keep up their milk supply while working out? I dont want to workout if it means that i will dry up.
I was able to workout and keep my supply up for two seperate sons! : )
With my first son, I exclusively pumped was incredibly, overly anal about documenting each pump in an Excel spreadsheet (I am waaay more laid back with my second child). As a result, I was able to notice a pattern with supply and strenuous workouts. This is a sample size of one and I don't have any supporting documentation or research. If I drained the breasts and immediately went out for a strenuous, very sweat heavy workout, I did notice my supply drop. BUT-- if I drained the breasts, waited an hour, and then tackled that strenuous workout, the supply was fine.
(My hypotheses is because empty breasts fill faster, my body had a whole hour before it decided to reroute resources to sweating.)

I also collect Views While Nursing when I'm out and about and would love to see *your* Views While Nursing too! : )
