  Never think twice about putting a cover down. If their isn't paper towels to dry my hands though I will use one to dry my hands. Most times they work way better than paper towels

  Aside - If your face is oily and you don't have any powder or anything, (unused) toilet seat covers are great for absorbing the oil.

  Depends- if I'm in a hurry (like in the airport hurrying to get on the plane) I just sit on the seat. If I have time I'll put down a seat cover.

  I use the cover and hover regardless if it's there or not. And I use toilet paper to open/close the lock. I may have problems.

  I use one if available if not I just sit if the bathrooms clean. If the bathroom or seat look yuck I put toilet paper down. I can't hover very well maybe I need to work on it !

  I can't hover either!! I don't know why the pee goes down my leg when I do???

  Gross story- I had a friend in HS who had to pee really bad so she just ran into a stall and sat down. There was poop on the seat! She got it all over herself.

  My grandma used to say "the butt don't go to heaven!!" Sit on that seat! It's all the squatters who pee on the seat in the first place.

  I don't ever sit to pee on public toilets; I hover. I don't use public toilets for my other bathroom business unless I'm about to be sick, in which case I clean it off and then use a seat cover too.

  I rarely ever hover unless the seat is visibly dirty. Hovering really burns my legs.....apparently I need to work out more or ever.

  I always feel like if I was a guy that I'd wash my hands before I pee because there's no way I'd want to touch my penis, that's been showered and covered in clean clothes all day, with my hands that've been exposed to everyone else's nastiness on door handles and whatnot all day long.
