  What Theresa said. Also, some babies are happy to dry nurse even if you do dry up. I'm 21 wks and 13mo old DS is still nursing.

  My daughter has happily nursed through this pregnancy, including the last few months where I've only made colostrum. Of course in my case I was hoping she WOULD wean!

  Mama to a little girl born July 2011 and a little boy born April 2014!

  I nursed DD#1 until she was 17 months and I was 16ish weeks pg. She self weaned. I know my supply dropped once I got pg. Just keep nursing as long as you both want.

  I got pregnant when DS1 was 18 months. My milk dried up at 10 weeks pregnant but he continued dry nursing through the pregnancy, though we were down to once a day for a couple minutes by the end, due to aversion on my part, and nursing triggering excessive Braxton Hicks.
