I did well this week with my weight watchers until Friday night. I had already decided I wasn't going to follow over the holiday weekend since we would be at in laws and lots of yummy food. Normally I'd go in thinking I'll follow and then mess up then just never go back to the diet. I'm excited to say while I enjoyed this weekends food - I'm excited to starty weight watchers eating again tomorrow.

So overall this week I'd give myself a 6. Hoping for 8 next week

Well, I started weight watchers on Monday and dropped 2lb! Then AF arrived and Easter took over, so my bonus points for the week were used on chocolate and pigging out on southern easer food. Back to being strict again today.
4. Any advice for those that didn't meet their goal(s)?
Take it a day at a time. When I started ww I told myself, don't put too much pressure on yourself, if you don't meet your goal, it's not the end of the world. I think putting less pressure on myself made me stick to it.
5. What changes will you make this week?
I won't be using all of my bonus points. Especially in Cadbury cream eggs.

I'm disappointed in myself this week. I know food is tough for me so I don't have high expectations there, but I did very little exercise this week. I'm also starting to feel a little down about the current state of my belly and the fact that none of my clothes fit due to that and the huge boobs. On a positive note I did a pretty good job on my food diary this week. That was eye-opening and should help me make better choices.

Don't dwell on it and try again.
5. What changes will you make this week?
Really prioritize getting out for exercise on my own. Goal for this week of 30 min of cardio 4 days.
The week was definitely a 7ish until we hit this weekend and it plummeted to a 3 maybe. So I'm going to average and say a 5

Pretty good! I have a pair of roomier pants that I've owned since high school that I can actually zip now! They are bigger than my normal size still, but it was a step in the right direction!
3. Did you meet your goal(s)?
I did eat a healthy breakfast every day and went for a walk 5 of the days last week!
4. Any advice for those that didn't meet their goal(s)?
I try to make number focused goals (ex. Walk 5/7 days a week). This helps me focus more than a general goal such as "I will be more active." Also, just because your goal was not met does not mean you failed or that you won't meet yours this week. I try to live by the idea that my priest once shared with the congregation- if you reach all of the goals you set out for yourself every time, perhaps you aren't reaching high enough. So, be kind to yourself.
5. What changes will you make this week? I am going to continue to walk 5/7 days a week. I will also use my water tracking app to guarantee I drink my water quota each day.

Well, with coming down with some sort of bug last Saturday, I'd say 6. I couldn't eat much and definitely couldn't work out. But I lost a lot'
2. How are you feeling about yourself? Honestly, not good. It's a vicious cycle. I feel crappy, so I eat crappy. Then I feel crappy for eating crappy. On and on and on.
3. Did you meet your goal(s)? Not really with being sick.
4. Any advice for those that didn't meet their goal(s)? Never, never, never give up. Ever.
5. What changes will you make this week? I'm trying really hard not to eat food from the staff lounge. I failed miserably today. But I'm not giving up.

2. How are you feeling about yourself? Crappy mostly. I didn't do anything and i had by set the bar very high either. I just wanted to drink 64oz of water each day and take my vitamin. I think I made it one day with the water and I haven't even bought my vitamins. I have to go into my office this week for a meeting and all my clothes look terrible on me.
3. Did you meet your goal(s)? Nope
4. Any advice for those that didn't meet their goal(s)? Try harder with each choice, don't wait until the next day.
5. What changes will you make this week? Live by the advice I just gave. Instead of saying "oh well, I screwed up today, I'll start over tomorrow," I'll make better choices each time.
The one I use is called Waterlogged... No fancy bells and whistles, but it does the trick!
2. How are you feeling about yourself? Okay. A little silly for gaining wait after delivering, but I'm also not weighing myself too regularly, so I'm not exactly sure of the pattern. Plus, BF is going well and I feel good, so I'm not going to beat myself up!
3. Did you meet your goal(s)? I need to do better on the veggies, but did well on the fruits and did get some good walks in. Would like to get more in, but the weather is not cooperating, and above all I'm prioritizing sleep!
4. Any advice for those that didn't meet their goal(s)? Each moment is an opportunity to make a good choice. Let go of the last moment and focus only on this one.
5. What changes will you make this week? Water! I'm going to drink more liquid.

4. Share this week's goal you've set for yourself: I am on day 9 of the Master Cleanse, and I am in the middle of preparing to go on the Paleo Diet after I come off this. I think I'll either quit at day 10 or day 14, but I haven't made up my mind yet.
5. If you'd like to lose weight, how much? I have lost 30 pounds so far, and I'd like to lose another 15-20.
6. Anything else you'd like to share? Soooo excited to go Paleo!
1. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the highest, how did your week go? 8. The Master Cleanse is really helping me shed the pounds, but because of the Master cleanse and feeling kind of weak, I didn't do as much gym time as I wanted. I also haven't quite gotten into a rhythm of figuring out when the best time of day to go is. I got in one really good work out, and I'm glad for that.
2. How are you feeling about yourself? Ehhhh ... I'm proud that I've lost 30 pounds in a little over a month, but I still have this bit of jiggly stuff around the middle that I'm ready to shed.
3. Did you meet your goal(s)? No, I would have liked to get 3 workouts in.
4. Any advice for those that didn't meet their goal(s)? What @jbelle said, focus on the present moment alone
5. What changes will you make this week? More gym time, coming off the cleanse and going Paleo

I'm going with a 4. I started out strong & with good intentions but fell off the wagon right as it took off.
2. How are you feeling about yourself? I don't feel bad about myself. I look like I did pre-baby with clothes on. Clothes off I'm definitely not where I want to be though.

I didn't meet my goals so this week I'm setting smaller more achievable goals. I definitely overestimated my post-pregnancy ability.
4. Any advice for those that didn't meet their goal(s)?
Don't get down on yourself. Getting into shape & living healthy was tough before LO so the sheer fact that we even have motivation to do it this early in the game is already a step in the right direction. Set new goals each week so that you keep things fresh & your determination strong.
5. What changes will you make this week?
Setting smaller more realistic goals for my current lifestyle. Also I'm going to make more of an effort to resist those sweets!

1. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the highest, how did your week go? 7. There's a snow storm outside and it was raining and hailing at noon. I did eat a little bit (maybe a lot lol) of chocolate. But I still went out the other days and ate really well this week so I'm glad.
2. How are you feeling about yourself? Good, I went to my 6weeks check up and lost all my pregnancy weight! Usually it takes time before losing 25lbs lol
3. Did you meet your goal(s)? The goal was met yeah. Food wise not really, but I'm improving on it!!
