All I have thawed are some chicken apple sausages. I think I'm going to put those in some marinara and serve over sautéed polenta. Side of zucchini cause that's the only veggie I got. Time to hit up the grocery store!

@ayanahazel1 Believe it or not it was half a bagged chopped salad with a Tyson's chicken patty cut up on top! It was thrown together at the last minute since DH is out of town all week.

@PB102012, thanks! Seems like it would be good with some sliced almonds, grated carrot, and Craisins mixed in there somewhere. Thanks for the idea!

Jealous! It's my favorite too, I miss Mexico just for the tacos and oj in a bag

@mgg242‌ My fav horchata in a bag!! On our way out the other day there were ladies running and selling fresh coconut water in a bag and coconut slices for 10 pesos. We bought 3 bags of water and shared the coconut. To die for!!
