Stress incontinence

Hi ladies
So I have 34 days until EDD and have been doing Kegels. Well today I had urinary incontinence pretty bad. It started weeks ago but kinda controlled. It is so embarrassing especially because I am at work. I have been told to wear pads and will but the lack of control has me crying. I hate this.

Just venting. I know it's worth it in the end but when this is happening to me now I feel so embarrassed and helpless.

I hope I'm not alone.

    You are not alone. I have peed myself like 4 times today. This is the first day it has been this bad. I am going to be wearing pads from now on and bringing changes of underwear with me.
