Making A Home Monday!

Who does the yard work in your family?

For us, DH mows because he swears that the hills in our yard are to steep for me to now with the riding mower....fine with me, haha! We both do the smaller landscaping and gardening.

    City living= no yard work :)

    TTC#1 May 2009- July 2010 on our own with no luck

    Started with RE in August 2010, dx with unexplained IF and then finally our 3rd IUI cycle using Follistim and Trigger resulted in our wonderful little man.  Born 12/2/11

    TTC#2 Never really prevented, but were careful early on as Dr. reccomended

    Surprise BFP 12/16/13, started progesterone immediately as first numbers came back low, but betas were good.  Progesterone wasnt enough. Natural MC 12/24/13.

    Back with RE as of January 2014...

    5/27/14- Chemical Pregnancy :(

    April 2015 IVF#1

    5/13/15- BFP, please stick LO!

    Oh and I'm a major Harry Potter Nerd :)

    Oh, its 100% DH over here!  I've never ever mowed a lawn in my life.  That's man's work, lol.  He takes pride in our lawn and I appreciate his hard work.

    Two failed clomid cycles (made lining too thin)
    Started acupuncture while saving for IVF in Sept 2011
    Add herbal infusions to the mix in Dec 2011
    Hoping holistic approach works!!!

    Meepy Man born on Jan 2013 - Hip Hip Hurray!

    Ready to start ttc #2 April 2013, but plan to be an extended BF'er
    Back on metformin Aug 2013
    Restart herbal infusions Sept 2013 - currently drinking nettle, oatstraw, and red raspberry leaf
    DS weaned in April 2014
    Taking a break from herbs and just riding the healthy train.  
    Planning medicated cycle end of summer.  FX I get KU before then!!!

    Landscapers, because that's how we roll. Or the truth: we live in a condo and are required to pay an association fee that covers landscaping. If we were in a freestanding house, we'd do that shit ourselves. And by "we," I probably mean "DH."

    DH all the way...or some neighbor boy that I pay $20 when I am embarrassed at how long our grass is and H has no plans to do it in the foreseeable future  ;)

    ^^^One time I was going to hire the neighbor kid to mow it for DH as a birthday gift to him and I need up not doing it for whatever the reason.  I told DH later that I had meant to and he got all upset and told me he didn't want someone else mowing his lawn.  So, that's off the table for possible gifts.  I'm glad I know better now!

    Hubby does all the mowing, and 85% of other yard work. I don't have much of a green thumb...but I do have an endless supply of "Great ideas!" LOL

    The gardener...because we always lived in a condo and got to our first "practice" house (a rental) and realized we have no freakin' clue how to do anything. So when we moved to a house we actually own, we decided not to ruin it and just go straight for a gardener. DH does some of the extras though.
