When are the typical growth spurts?

  • My LO is 3 weeks 4 days I have not noticed these growth spurs... She gained weight tho but I am getting worried because I hear about these brutal all day nursing growth spurs and I have not experienced them
  • @mafernj I wouldn't worry as long as she is gaining weight and has adequate wet diapers. It's possible you have a really efficient nurser and she gets all she needs from her regular feeding routine.

    It's never a bad idea to contact the pediatrician if you have concerns. They are accustomed to new parent jitters. Aren't you seeing the pediatrician soon for a checkup?
