Yawn....are you guys as tired as I am?  What's on the menu for this week?

    Monday - leftover hamburger stroganoff
    Tuesday - chicken gyros
    Wednesday - crock pot cheeseburger meatloaf
    Thursday - chicken avocado burgers
    Friday - dinner out with friends
    Saturday - Spaghetti (carb loading for marathon relay)
    Sunday - leftovers (not cooking because of marathon relay)

  • Ugh I'm tired and still nauseous so I don't really have a plan. Tonight were having a chicken and rice freezer meal and I am really hoping it's enough for 2 nights. I also bought a bag of frozen meatballs. Maybe hamburger helper one night. I hope this mornig sickness goes away soon.

  • Monday - Leftovers
    Tuesday - Fish Tacos
    Wednesday - Leftovers
    Thursday - Salmon Salad
  • Monday - Tuna Noodle Casserole (Skinny Taste recipe)

    Tuesday - Balsamic Pork in crockpot (Skinny Taste recipe)

    Wednesday - Leftovers

    Thursday - Chicken and asparagus stir fry

    Friday - probably eat out
  • Monday: roasted turkey breast and mashed potatoes that my mom made, plus salad
    Tuesday: Black Eyed Pea and Chorizo Soup that I made on Saturday (I used the soy chorizo from Trader Joe's) w/ tortilla chips and avocado
    Wednesday: Porotos granados, a Chilean stew with squash/tomato/beans/corn (I used sweet potato instead of squash because that's what I had) with spicy cilantro sauce, that I made on Sunday
    Thursday/Friday: No clue. I usually go to the supermarket on my lunch break on Thursdays, so hopefully I'll have brainstormed something by then.

  • Yikes, I realized that my plan for the week was leftover ham and freezer meals. I need to organize.

    Monday- scalloped potatoes and ham
    Tuesday- leftover scalloped potatoes and ham
    Wednesday- freezer pulled chicken quesadillas
    Thursday- spaghetti with freezer red sauce and meatballs
    Friday- leftovers or out to eat
    IVF, acupuncture, meditation and a miracle.

  • i an just happy that my little fam is not getting annoyed that our meals have not been as diverse as before! here's mine:

    1. Monday --  Porkribs, potato and carrots in tomato sauce
    2. Tuesday -- Chicken and Pork Soy Stew
    3. Wednesday -- Tofu and Oystersauce and mushroom
    4. Thursday -- Breaded Fish Fillet with cheesy pesto sauce
    5. Friday -- Penne with Chicken Alfredo Sauce
    6. Saturday -- Tuna omelette
    7. Sunday -- Hot Sour Soup

  • Monday - grilled chicken, BBQ beans, quinoa & spinach

    Tuesday - carne asada, salad

    Wednesday - turkey tostadas

    Thursday - steak nachos w/ leftover meat from tonight

    Friday - pizza

    Saturday - breakfast for dinner (frittata with whatever we need to use up in the fridge)
