Hi Ladies! My name is Tiffany and I have had 2 consecutive early term pregnancy losses since October 2013 and I am 37 years old. The first was a MMC and the second one I could simply tell something wasn't right. Both beans measured a week small and only made it to 6.5 weeks. I found out that I potentially have a blood clotting disorder since then (antiphospholipid syndrome), which could have been the underlying cause of my losses. I am taking baby aspirin and extra folic acid daily and will be starting Lovenox injections if/when a uterine pregnancy is confirmed.
I am super excited about my Easter miracle and hope to deliver a happy, healthy bundle of joy around Christmas. PGAL brain hasn't hit me yet and I trying to stay relaxed and positive. I'll be going in for betas this week hoping to see a nice doubling of numbers.
I am so happy to introduce myself to all of you and hope to stick around for a ho-hum 9 months with the rest of you!
