My doctor is a moron *siggy warning*

My doctor started me on prometrium after having issues with not getting AF. He told me to start taking it on day 14 but after doing some research I'm learning that it can prevent ovulation. I never ovulate that early and now I probably just wasted this month of TTC. Ugh!!!
