Cleaning lanolin from clothing

I got lanolin on a couple of my shirts, is there any way to get it out now? I tried a hot wash and it didn't seem to do any good. I'm wondering if I have just ruined these couple of shirts at this point. Thanks!

if you put it in the dryer afterwards the stain might already be set. you could try stain remover, if you haven't already. they also make specific stain removers for different types of stains- you could try one that works on oily/greasy stains: https://www.carbona.com/stain-devils-5-fat-and-cooking-oil.html
