I just had my second DS a month ago, and older DS who is 28 months has been wonderful with him. Always kissing him on the feet and what not. Sure he has been acting out a bit more, but most likely out of boredom because we have been staying home a lot and maybe a little attention seeking.
Anyway, a week ago we thought it would be a good idea to begin transitioning him to his new awesome fire truck themed big boy room and bed. The first two days were great. After that, he freaks out when my husband or I leave. We have to lie next to him until he goes to sleep or he will scream for hours, which is what he does for naps because I am by myself and have the new baby to take care of and can't lie with him. I mean freaks out. Screams bangs on the door everything. Once we come in, he goes right back into the bed. I guess he was not ready, but now I am not sure how to correct my mistake of moving him maybe to early, or is this a normal phase that will pass?
