I had the same thing a few weeks ago. Once I felt better I did my best to drink a TON of water, eat as many calories as I could, and nurse as often as possible. DD nursed more often and for longer as it look much more to get the amount she needed, but it was nice to get the extra snuggling time. Good luck!
I'm just getting over it too! LO seems to nurse more often and for longer. I think I might add a MOTN pump session while he is sleeping to try and get my body back to producing what it was.
It will come back! I had it last weekend. Just drink tons of water and pump where you can. I think my supply is actually better since I had to pump a bunch to get back up to normal. Hang in there...and try not to stress. That was hardest for me!
Luckily he seems better tonight after a very scary night last night. Thought we were headed to the ER at one point. He has been a fair amount this afternoon and has kept most of it down. He had one big spit up. But it wasn't the nasty yellow projectile vomit like last night, I think he just are to much. Hope we can all ge
