Officially surrendered... Traded in my Subaru and got a mini van (Chrysler Town and Country). I resisted since we found out about DS1. In fact, bought the Outback instead thinking it would be big enough for two. Didn't take long after DS1 arrived to realize this wasn't going to work for two.

Got a great trade in on Subaru (just about 2.5 years old with little mileage) and 0% financing.
My payments barely changed and we went from a 72 month loan to a 60 month one.

We recently traded our Subaru for a Sienna. I loved our Subaru, but I really, really love our Sienna. I don't see us parting with it for a long long time. Just wait, if you think you like your new van now, you will be even more in love after using it a couple months!

So jealous! I want a Toyota Sienna so bad but I am a realtor in NOVA and I am often times on gravel hilly roads and I put about 2500 miles on my car a month. I have had a Toyota 4Runner since 1998, and I will probably drive it till the engine falls out.

You are brave! We are just on #1 and I am going to cling onto my car or SUV with a dying grip for years. I just cannot bring myself to drive a van. :-(

We'll be joining the swagger wagon ranks soon too. My 13 year old Civic and 15 year old Accord just aren't going to make the cut. It's sad. Enjoy the T&C!

Thanks ladies.....while I do miss my Subaru, after driving the one or two days it no longer feels like a boat (unless I try to parallel park which I avoid at all costs). I'm enjoying the easy access doors and the extra room.

I love my minivan! I drive a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan (the same as yours, just with a Dodge emblem) and have been for over a year now. We got it because our family would be able to grow without having to purchase another vehicle - with my dogs (two Great Danes) I need a big vehicle if I want to get them and our kid(s) in the car at the same time. Lol!
