Okay, so I was decently active on the board in first tri, and tapered off to lurker status in second and third...so my apologies for what will appear to be a drive-by post. But one thing I know about this board from continuing to read is that you ladies give support when needed!
I've been having some stabbing pains in the upper left quadrant of my abdomen for about a week now. Finally called the on call nurse bc I coughed this morning and that same area felt like it might rupture or something. I fully expected her to say "it's pregnancy, suck it up" (in nicer words, of course), but she recommended I come in right away to get checked out bc my pancreas is in the area I described. I'm in the waiting area now. Anyone else experience anything similar?
UPDATE: Aaaaaand the official diagnosis is....gas pains. Yep, this is my life now. But seriously, thankful for nothing dangerous for baby or me. Thanks for the support!
Re: Update in post: In OB triage for possible pancreas issues...

So glad it was nothing serious! Agreed! Pregnancy should come with a warning label. Requires a sense of humor.
Gas hurts sometimes yo!
