QOTW: What extracurricular activities are your LO's involved with?

Here is Hannah at the doctors office, she insisted she had to sit on the stool, which is not something we do a lot of at home, sitting on children's furniture. Had me worried.

QOTW: Hannah does swimming lessons, currently in Duck (level two). My mom signed her up for a Grandma and me class starting in the summer. I plan on doing more in the fall when she's older.

QOTW: I guess we're bad parents, E doesn't really have any extracurricular activities. The week is so busy, and the weekends are full of playing and getting ready for #2.

Here is E at her practice egg hunt this weekend. She did such a great job!

QOTW: the twins do swim lessons a couple times a year. They love being in the water. I wish we had a Little Gym or something similar nearby, but we live in the boonies. DH and I also have a long(ish) commute, which makes it hard to do ANYTHING during the week. I interviewed for a new role at my company yesterday that would mean my commute is only 15 min...and my office would be 5 minutes from our daycare provider's house.

Here they are taking advantage of the gorgeous weather last weekend and eating outside on the back patio.

Gosh I wish we had time for extracurricular activities. A goes to bed at 8 and during the week I only get about 3 hours with him at night which includes eating and bathing. Here is A loungin in his block bin. Sorry for the side ways view lol. Mobile won't let me adjust it

God, my buddy is getting so big. ::Tears::

We don't really do any activities yet. I took him for swimming lessons when he was 6 months. It was a nightmare! He enjoyed the water, but doing it by myself was so hard getting both me and him in and out of our wet suits, and it seriously screwed nap time. Seriously, it sounds like NBD, but it was SO hard. And then he started getting his ear infections, so we scrapped it. We will try again soon - it will be much easier now that he's walking. I'm not really into spending the money yet for organized classes - he's too unpredictable. I'm thinking around 2 we might do some sort of music class.

QOTW: We have done and continue to do swimming lessons. Otherwise, we don't have much time for anything else. We do our own art activities, trips to the parks, trips to the children's museum, plus activities at school.

G's school does pictures twice a year. They always have two choices for the pose, and usually you only get to pick one. But this time we bought the CD and I asked for the seated pose, and if they were able to, the motorcycle pose too, because it absolutely cracked me up. And they did both! And they were amazing! DH and I could not stop laughing

) My little man on a motorcycle. He will kill me for this when he is older, I just know it.

Well we do have a blue table with two chairs, she just doesn't want to sit in it. I guess we should start practicing, at the child care at my gym they have tables and she tries to climb them instead of sitting on them. Gotta work on that...

We live in the boonies, so it's super hard to find activities. I have two mom friends and we try and meet up with the babies and walk 2-3 times a week since it finally is nice out! (Except for the snow that we got last night!!!!!) we all have BOBs so we can do some serious walking!

Here was a walk I did with our dogs at the farm that I ride at.

I've been waiting for HDBD all day. As you all know my dad is sick, very sick. I took Molly to see him Sunday and it was a great visit. I didn't want to go at all, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed!!!

Here is my big 5 month old enjoying some sweet potatoes.

QOTW: DD1 is in a dance/ tumbling class, but since she's not quite 3, she's not always so great at listening.

I've been MIA trying to catch up when I can. O just finished swim lessons for now but we have nothing else lined up. Daycare keeps him busy with the duckpond and petting bunnies on the premise so he's all set with animal interaction. The music lady comes twice a week too. Here is my 10.5 month old trying figure out walking. Not so fast buddy!
