Hi Ladies,
I think many of you know me. I'm Jen and my husband and I have been trying since Aug '12. We got pregnant naturally in Oct and had a missed miscarriage in Dec '12. We had a D&C a few days before Xmas. We then tried for a year with a whole lot of nothing so started working with an RE. The first RE diagnosed us with low morph and said we wouldn't be able to get pregnant without IVF but suggested us do 3 IUI cycles since my insurance covered it. My first IUI was a clusterfuck of disorganization so we looked for a new RE. She agreed with my treatment plan of 3 cycles of low medicated IUI but changed our diagnosis to unexplained.The new office has been amazingly supportive.
This was my 3rd IUI and I was honestly shocked to see a positive. So shocked I took another test and started crying. My husband told me he can't get excited yet, not until he hears a heartbeat. I think I go in for bloodwork twice and then we do an ultrasound.
I hope I can hang out here for the next 9 months and offer lots of support to all of you.

You helped me navigate a D&C, being on the bench, dealing with an IF diagnosis, advising me on treatments, and encouraging me to switch REs. Most importantly, you have been there to give me hugs any time I needed them.
