  • I did from 25 weeks on. It was so much more comfortable than the bed. I still nap in it with fussy babies. Its a rocker / recliner from BBB.

  • No experience sleeping in a recliner but we have a thick memory foam mattress topper in our spare room and I started sleeping there about a month ago. It's seriously amazing. I have no more pain in my ribs while sleeping and I barely move. I get up to pee and go right back to sleep. The good ones are not cheap but totally worth it!
  • we bought a lazy boy with electric buttons to move it because the traditional styler hurt my belly to recline back and it was the best investment. now i use it to nurse in at least 5 times a day.

    Together 6 wonderful years.

  • We have a big recliner/glider we got from BBB for DD's room. We've moved it to the nursery and I've been sleeping in there for the last 2 weeks - I have my feet up, but not fully reclined - only way I can sleep at night.

And we used it a ton when DD was a baby so it'll definitely come in handy when the twins get here.

I rest in ours but don't think I could sleep there all night. I'm much more of a side sleeper and laying on my back, even in the recliner, eventually gets uncomfortable.

Whitehousem--I might have to look into one of those toppers. I love our mattress, but my ribs and hips are starting to feel it. I'm flipping over frequently to give each side a break.

Yes! My ribs were hurting so bad and I LOVE our mattress. I have has zero pain since switching. It supports me everywhere I need it. Ours was a gift but it was from Kohl's. I've looked at them on Amazon too.

AJC&Maggie  Yep, did that quite a bit.  I am such a stomach sleeper, but I couldn't sleep on my stomach (obviously) and I ended up getting horrible muscle cramps in the middle of my back.  I was tossing and turning so went to sit in the recliner one night and found I slept very well.  So, there were many, many nights I spent in the recliner.  I just made sure I had comfy pillows for beside me and under my knees if desired, and a warm blanket.  The "sweet" thing is, my dog is a snuggler.  My hubby would find us cuddled together in the morning quite often.  He swore the dog was smiling. :)
