  I found an awesome one yesterday that I used to put together my announcement. I was really pleased with it because it was easy to use, didn't have to download anything, and had a lot of free options. Some of it was paid, but I didn't actually need any of the premium stuff.

  There are a couple good tutorials to help you get started on this blog.

  
  

  I use GIMP when I need a photoshop editor and it is freeware, so that's good.
