Poopy problems!

It's me again! I feel like I've started a lot of threads recently...
Anyway, my LO hasn't made a poo poo since early Thursday morning. Not even a little. Before this I'd only changed her diaper once or twice in her life and there was always least a little poop. I should have called her pedi yesterday but I'm stupid and didn't. Now I'm wondering if it's urgent enough to call him on a weekend or if I should just wait and see? Should I even be concerned at this point? Anything I can do to stimulate her? She'll will be 6 weeks on Monday in case that matters. TIA!

    I called the pedi about this when LO was about a week old... he had quite the stretch without pooping! I was so nervous but she said it was normal. Like ariaamante143 said as long as she is wetting her diapers you should be good. When it finally does come out prepare for a doozy! 

    DH and I always yell for each other when we think we have seen the biggest one so far... life with a baby now lol

    LO has this problem AGAIN this week . My pedi said to give her 1 oz water 1 oz apple juice . That didn't help finally last night I did the rectal stimulation like the pedi recommended . And it worked like a charm , it was so much it was like an pooplosion she has to feel better ! . She hadn't pooped all week except little hard balls . Her pedi thinks she may have a dairy allergy , hence why she's sooooo fussy and not popping as well .

    Are you Breastfeeding? If so, it's totally normal for Breastfed babies to go many days without pooping. Our pedi isn't concerned unless it's been more than 2 weeks. DS went 10 days without popping.

    Our LO goes 2-3 days without pooping. I also ate some spicy buffalo chicken dip at my shower the other day and that cleared her out! 12 poops in 3 days!!!!!! Now we're back to 2-3 days between poops. Like others have said, BF babies go less than FF babies and as along as you have wet diapers, you should be ok.

    DS usually only poops once in a 24-48hr span and DD would go nearly a week. Both were breastfed. Pedi was never too worried as long as they have lots of wet diapers and no other issues health wise and have appropriate weight gain

    Around 6 weeks, DD started pooping way less. Maybe 2 or 3 times a week. She's gone as long as a week. No concerns from the pedi unless it gets hard or not enough wet diapers.

    Addie just had a stretch without pooing (1.5 days - DH was really concerned). We are doing Easter lunch today and FIL was holding her when she finally pooed - it got all over him (she went so much that it leaked out of her diaper). I was so proud of her and couldn't help smiling that she did it on him!

    Rx: Metformin 500mg

    Cycle #1: Clomid 100mg + Ovidrel = No Response, Canceled
    Cycle #2: Clomid 150mg + Ovidrel = No Response, Canceled
    Cycle #3: Clomid 150mg + Follistim + Ovidrel = No response, Canceled

    Cycle #4: Femara 7.5mg + Gonal-f + Ovidrel + IUI = BFP!!!!

    Thanks ladies! I knew all would know and reassure me. At what point should I call the doctor? If it's been 5 days and she still hadn't gone?
