Is there anything else besides eating+laying down that helps stimulate movement? Baby is being very still this morning and orange juice + cereal haven't done anything. About to take a brisk walk and see if it wakes him up, but open to ideas.
When I'm getting really worried about movement, I'll take my hands and gently wiggle my belly a little. He usually wakes up and rolls around for a few seconds after that.

Lol my lot is a lazy bugger too always has been and will not move for ours...here's hoping he's kinda the same once he gets here lol just a chill little dude!
I drink a glass of ice water and curl into the fetal position on my left side - I don't know why, but he always wakes up that way. Or if he doesn't, I will sit up and put a cold bag of veggies on his bum. and then he starts kicking/wiggling around. some days he's lazy but usually he's a pretty active little dude lol
I find if hes having a slow day doing a count while lying on my left side works too. Maybe it's just easier to feel him move when I'm lying like that.
I also find a warm drink (I have a cup of decaf tea before bed every night, pregnant or not) gets him moving. I usually do a kick count before bed every night for this reason.
Mine loves Gatorade..... No joke. She could be still for hours or just ten minutes ago and if I start drinking Gatorade she goes crazy! Rolls and kicks and usually hiccups. It's amusing.
