Dress my child

I picked out this dress for my daughters 1 yr pics and bday party. I'm doing an "oh, the places you'll go" theme and the main character wore yellow- which is why the yellow dress. I'm trying to find yellow or tan strappy sandals or dress shoes to go with it but they are hard to find. She wears size 3, generally, in baby shoes. Should I just give up and put her in black Mary Janes? Or can someone help me find matching shoes that aren't crazy expensive. They will probably only be worn once. Matching hair accessories or baby jewelry are also a plus and i will love you forever. TIA!

For pictures I'd personally do barefoot because I love the look of a dressed up baby still trying to be all casual :-p I'd check resale shops and Ebay for special occasion shoes because it's so not worth spending the money on them.

@elmoali I wish she could be barefoot for life. I hate trying to coordinate shoes and outfits. I like the barefoot idea for pics. Thanks!

@wasnotwas I have white strappy sandals but not sure if they will match. What do you think?

@mcbush steal away! I love the theme too, because its so colorful and fun. There's so much you can do with it. If you are crafty I can send you some templates for banners and stuff in the theme that you can print out. I've been googling like a mad woman lately trying to get it all together.

@majwv8‌ yeah the pics will be outside so that is tricky! The party will be in/out depending on weather. Mainly the shoes are for the party because the photo props I'm using will cover her feet but I might have a few where they show.

We just did our pictures. I had LO in shoes, but I took them off. They were pointless because during the shots that she was sitting, you could only see the soles. Then it was hard for me to maneuver to a standing position, so we ditched them.

I do like the bottomless ones that just wrap around though. Super cute!
