hard breast after clogged duct?

Hi ladies...
Baby girl recently started sleeping longer stretches at night (about 7-8 hours). I of course got clogged ducts in both breast but cleared them within a day or two with no more pain. But now the area on the top part of my left breast is harder..still feels full almost? But nothing more comes out when I pump. I am almost scared to say it feels like a hard "lump". My supply has also tanked tremendously. I pump every morning and night for a freezer stash and i used to store about 20-24oz a day...now I only get about 12oz... Has anyone had this? What is this hard spot? Sorry for the big paragraph... mobile bumping!

are you sure it's not another clogged duct, or the beginnings of one? I'd start in with all the preventative stuff again- taking lecithin, warm baths, massaging, taking advil, etc. or, if it's in the same spot as where the clogged duct was before, it could just be residual soreness.

It is not sore at all... just a hard spot.

Sometimes my clogs start out like this. Just hard and not painful. I'd treat it as a clog and try heat and massage like PP said. Sometimes I get rid of most of the clog and then it shifts to another spot or feels hard/engorged without pain so I'm guessing that's what's going on with you. I also have drastic supply drop with a clog.
