Happy Tuesday... err Friday! I thought the week after the gala would be slower but instead I am just playing catch up with everything that didn't happen last week. I also have family in town, so life has continued to be crazy.

I have had the week off so that has been awesome.

Finding out I have Placenta previa. It is complete and my dr doesn't have much hope of it moving. I have done a ton of research of course and it looks like a 50/50 chance. I am so bummed that I won't have my natural birth but I am happy that lo looks healthy.How are your symptoms? Getting better? Worse? Any new ones?
My sciatica is killing me. It's probably because I did two egg hunts in a row which meant bending over a lot.
How is PGAL brain treating you? Any T&P requests?
I am really worried about the previa and bleeding. It is really likely to happen because of where my placenta is.

Hi! I'm new to the board, and of course, really hoping to stick around. EDD is 12/9.
How far along are you? What fruit/veggie are you?
Currently at 6 weeks, a wee little pea at this point.
How are you feeling?
Morning sickness kicked in full-force this morning. So I was pretty miserable, but I'll take it as a positive sign
I also just loaded up on every home remedy for sickness I've heard of: coconut water, ginger chews, green apples...
Favorite moment of the week?
u/s on Monday. Got to see the little bean's tiny flashing heartbeat. And thankfully, it is in a safe spot. Since I previously had an ectopic, that was a big fear.
Least favorite moment of the week?
Reassurance from the good u/s wore off way too fast and I had a couple of panicky days this week. Feeling much more hopeful now, though.

Next appt. is May 1st (13 days!). I'm really looking forward to it and also dreading it....

Oct 12 - Jan 14: 3 clomid/TI cycles, 2 hysteroscopies, 2 IUIs, 1 BFP (MMC @ 12w), 2 more IUIs
Feb 14: Gonal-f + IUI #5 = BFP! (EDD 11/4/14)
Baby boy arrived 11/13/14!
@slensic -- EDD is 12/16; numbers were fantastic! 20DPO beta was 2575 = 30 hour doubling time!

Team Green! -- thought we would be finding out eventually but it's apparently been SO's dream to find out at the hospital and be surprised, so a surprise it will be! I'm cool with it because I tend to like more gender neutral stuff anyways, and it will be great for our next LO because then we won't have all pink or all blue.
How are you feeling?
Pretty darn good overall, but still crazy emotional. I cry over EVERYTHING, mostly happy stuff, but everything. I've cried 5 times today. 5. And none of them was cry-worthy.
Favorite moment of the week?
Getting the good betas was awesome! Also, SO has been so sweet and attentive so I've been really enjoying this time with him.
Least favorite moment of the week?
One of our friends had to put his wife in hospice; they are both very active individuals and her decline in health was extremely sudden. I am heartbroken for them.
How are your symptoms? Getting better? Worse? Any new ones?
They are about the same. Some new stretching feelings and even though I know it's not baby, I look visibly pregnant. Based on the beta doubling rate and my belly, I'm starting to wonder how many I've got in there!
How is PGAL brain treating you? Any T&P requests?
I'm doing okay most days although I would sure love a 4th beta this week to get me through till my u/s on the 29th. I've bought a couple maternity things that I found on sale (in addition to the new bras that were non-negotiable; up two whole cup sizes!), but can't bring myself to buy anything baby-related until after the u/s.

U/s on the 29th; can't wait to see one (or two) healthy heartbeat(s)!

We found and secured a rental house during our house hunting trip! Wahoo! We are moving from the SF Bay Area where we have a 2 bedroom apartment because everything is &^%$%^& expensive and we found a 3 bedroom single family home in a Chicago suburb for $500 less per month than we pay for this darn apartment.
Least favorite moment of the week?
Throwing up in the car while we were talking to the realtor on speaker phone. She was super nice about it though; she knew I was pregnant and not feeling great.

meh, I seem to be on a rotating schedule, 1 super crappy day, 1 pretty great day, and 1-2 mildly crappy days.
How is PGAL brain treating you? Any T&P requests?
I think I'm doing pretty good. I get a little nervous when I read about the ladies who go into their 12 week appointment to find that the baby has stopped growing. This was not how my previous mc happened, and I have no reason to believe that it will happen in this pregnancy, but it still freaks me out. I'll be very glad to have my 12 week u/s past me.

Nothing soon. As mentioned above I'm really looking forward to the 12 week appointment. Also, it will be my first appointment in Chicago with the new practice that I chose.
