I requested that the seller cancel my order and refund. I haven't heard back so I want to file a claim...but I can't find where on etsy I do that? Anyone know
Good call on the screen shot! Thanks. I have all the emails..including the one saying I would have it Thursday. It's now Friday and still shows as not shipped

When you go into the "My Account" tab there should be a Purchases and Reviews link that you can click on and you should be able to do it there.
