LO trying to sit up while nursing!

My LO has recently started trying to sit up while i am breastfeeding! She has been a little wiggle worm for a few weeks now and it seems to just be getting worse. She is also bottlefed for when i am at work but has easily gone from breast to bottle without any confusion. Any reason why she is now trying to sit up while nursing? I use cradle hold and am not sure if i need to switch positions. At night she is fine it is usually just for her day feedings. Everytime she tries to sit up the nipple falls out of her mouth and she gets frustrated. Any advice?
