I just started subscribing to her meal plan service, and so far it's GREAT! She plans all the meals, snacks, gives u the shopping list & recipes. All the lunches are leftovers so it's not too much cooking. I lost 1.5 lbs on the first day, but I really feel a lot better eating more whole foods, more protien, and less sugar. She has a 90 day workout plan on YouTube. I'm going to try to start today.

Basically, as far as the meal plans go, she gives u a PDF of the weekly meal calendar, the recipes, and shopping list. It was so nice to go to the store and pick everything up quickly.
