Foul smelling poop in ebf baby

So for the past few days my babies poop has taken on a really foul smell (a very noticeable difference). She also started to have some dark green poops (I know dark green can mean to much fore milk) so I started to have her nurse on one side and keep her there longer before offering the other side which she usually won't take. Even the poops that aren't green smell bad. She seems fine temperment wise though and no fever. Anyone have experience with this? I had always heard the ebf babies don't have stinky poops.

    My little dude can stink it up from time to time.
    I assume its mostly related to what I've eaten.

    As for green poops, he was pooping green for the last 40 hours (about 15+ poops). He just finally had a brown one. Since he usually nurses for 20-30 minutes on one one side (sometimes more) and occasionally wants side two, then I assume it is not foremilk related, but possibly a reaction to something I've eaten.
    I don't think I've eaten anything different in the last couple days, but who knows. (I've had altered bathroom habits the last couple days as well ... Just not green, lol)

    *this is my third EBF baby, and it's happened with each one.

    My baby's poo always smells like eggs! As soon as she farts I can smell it. She's ebf also and they are seedy yellow but that smell takes some getting used to.

    The last couple of days, my LO's poop has had a slight diarrhea smell to it even though it still looks the same and he's acting fine. Maybe it's like PP said - just something we ate.

    My LO's poops always smell and have been runny for over a week. They are usually orange in color.

    DS had this the other day. I chalked it up to me having the stomach bug and him most likely having some little bit too. It was so stinky, totally different consistency - more thick than usual and more orange than yellow.
