Night time changes

DD wakes every three hours. I don't change her every feeding if I don't smell something in the poop dept or a big pee. Is this ok? What do you do?

I never changed my boys with every feed but because she is a girl
I think I am a little more paranoid about bacteria and stuff overall.

I would personally change her your half way there by checking.. Also smell test doesn't always work and you don't want her getting a yeast infection or anything

LO is wet or dirty every time I feed so I change at least every time I feed. Sometimes more. It's a good way to wake her up to finish eating.

We check every time before feeding and DS almost always needs changed.

We were also told by LC to nurse with little clothing on, so it's just part of the routine to strip DS down, check/change diaper, feed.

If she doesn't need it when we start, she does by the time we are done. Yesterday I actually changed before a feeding, when switching sides, and after she was done. She has no table manners!

DS needs to be changed at every feeding. Sometime twice.

This! I know I can get more sleep in if I get her to feed on both sides for long stretches, but this requires getting her very alert halfway through. She doesn't always wet/poo after the second feeding, which makes putting her down again so much easier.
