I am having pain low down in my pelvis, it feels like period cramps. And at one point it wraped around to my lower back. Is that Braxton-hicks? I'm 32 weeks along
I'm not a dr and not qualified to answer that question. I will however say if it's really concerning to you then go get checked out by an actual doctor.

My MW told me as long as I don't have 4 in an hour and they weren't painful enough to have to breath thru them I would be fine. She said to sit and relax with my feet elevated and drink lots of water. Definitely get checked out if you think more is going on. Of it is labor they can catch it early and get it stopped or give you mess to help baby's lungs mature
I am 31 weeks and have had Braxton hicks contractions a lot since 20 weeks, however what you are describing is not how they feel for me. For me my whole stomach gets tight and hard for a few seconds, not painful and I wouldn't describe it as period cramps! I had got one when my doctor was feeling my belly at a check up and she said that's what it was. This is my first pregnancy so I am by no means an expert but what you described sounds like what they say real contractions can feel like. But maybe Braxton hicks are different for different people. I would ask at your next appointment!
I'm 28 weeks and have been having Braxton Hicks for a couple of weeks now. It feels just as @ashanel described - lower abs have a tight feeling and feels hard to the touch. Not painful, just mildly uncomfortable. Moving my position usually helped them go away within minutes. It only happens once or twice a day and it sometimes occurs after the baby is kicking.
They're not really supposed to hurt, at least not badly, they're just a tightening feeling. Sometimes they come with a shortness of breath.
It could still be BH, it could just be regular cramps, or it could be a sign of something that needs to get checked out. Drink lots of water (dehydration can do it), lie down on your left side for a while, and see if it helps. Also see if they're happening with a pattern that you can time. If they don't go away, definitely call your doctor.
