Zantac is VERY weight sensitive. Did your lo gain weight? Possibly it stopped working. I used to adjust the doseage myself. Ask the pedi how many ml/kg and weight your kiddo once a week. Convert lbs to kg.
I would probably not recommend self-adjusting dosages unless you have a medical or science background. It's too easy to make a little mistake that could have a large effect. Maybe your pedi could give you a dosing chart though.
I'm surprised how little pee bothers me. I used to be quite the germaphobe, and even pee would freak me out. Now I'm like, what's this? Pee? Cool, wipe it on my pants, good to go.
