Nanny Share in Carmel/Westfield/Noblesville area

I'm normally on the Jan14 boards but wanted to post here on the off-chance that someone is interested.  

DH and I were planning on getting a nanny with a good friend of ours whose son was born a month before ours.  However, they ended up having to move out of town so of course won't be able to share the nanny.  We couldn't justify paying the full salary ($500/week plus the taxes you incur as an employer), so we went to our backup that we already had a deposit on, a DC.  

There's absolutely nothing wrong with the DC, but just picking up my LO and there being 3-5 other crying babies in there makes me sad.... I'd much rather him be at home with the awesome nanny we already found (who luckily didn't yet quit her other non-nanny job yet!).

So, long story short, I'm posting here to see if anyone is either searching for, or knows someone searching for, a nanny share situation where a nanny (ideally the girl we already had picked) would watch all of our kids at home full-time, for $265 a week per family or so.  Super long shot, I know... Thanks in advance!

    We might be interested. Are you still looking for someone? We did our daycare trial this week and they are great, but 8 babies and 2 caregivers makes me sad and nervous for our 3 month old.
