My 3 month old has started sleeping through the night. While I am ecstatic about this miracle I am waking up in a lake of milk. He does also periodically wake up at 2am and sleep the rest if the night. So what do I do to prevent waking up in a lake?
I always slept in a sleep bra and used disposable breast pads since they are surprisingly absorbent. I also slept on a thick towel for a while. Yay for STTN!!! Your body will adjust after a few days/weeks

I sleep with a bra and cloth pads but it soaked through all of that. I'll give the disposable pads and towel a try. Thanks for the tips!
Any problems with supply after you body adjusts? I pumped 8 oz this morning and almost overflowed my collection bottles. Normally I would get 6oz in the morning.
