SS: infant lupus?

Sorry if this is somewhere else, I can't seem to find it discussed. My best friend'a 4 week old baby has been admitted to the hospital and what was originally diagnosed as "severe cradle cap" and then eczema has now turned into possible lupus or another immune disorder. Prayers would be immensely appreciated, but any insight or experience with lupus in newborns? I've only ever known adults with it and am at a loss for what to say to her and what to expect?

    I would just let her know that you care about her & are there for her. I will say prayers for them.
