Having my NT scan done on Friday. I'll be 13 weeks. Is it an external or internal ultrasound at this point? I didn't have one with my son and only did the anatomy scan at 20 weeks so I have no clue what they do at this stage. Thanks for any help!

please excuse my poor terminology, I meant trans-vag vs. abdominal when I said internal vs. external.
