Chelsa- if this is supposed to be Chelsea then it is just ok
Skylar- dislike
Autumn- the best on your list
Also, is Linn a family spelling? Lynn is 1000x better.
Thanks. Linn is a family name. I am not sure on Sklar myself....I think I have heard it more as a boy's name. Bristol holds special meaning to me, due to different locations I have either visited or lived in. I don't really associate it with Palin. But if that is what comes to mind, then I might need to rethink it.
I like Autumn the best. I'm not really a fan of place names, but Savannah holds a GP spot in my heart. I loved the name as a teenage girl and I love the city.
I like Savannah. My favorite on your list. Bristol is kind of harsh sounding. If Chelsa is supposed to be Chelsea I don't like it but wouldn't side eye. If it's supposed to be Chelsa it's not good. Maybe Elsa? Skylar is meh. Kind of juvenile. Autumn is nice.
Thanks. I meant Chelsea. Also sort of hold special meaning to me, as I love both locations.
For all the fans of Autumn, is it odd to give a baby that name if they are born in the summer?
No. It would be odd if the baby was born in Autumn, actually.
Thanks. When I look up the meaning, it says "born in fall". Just so happens that's my favorite time of year, and when DH and I got married. Also when I found out I was pregnant...so it has special meaning,
Not a fan of any of them. I wouldn't side eye Autumn though. I could get behind Skylar if you understood it's actually a Dutch surname and it's actually spelled Schuyler. If you didn't know that than you shouldn't use it. I'm Dutch and get annoyed when people are too lazy or ignorant to google the origins of a name.

I did look it up, and found that is Dutch and supposedly means "Scholar'. DH heard it and liked it.

"Supposedly" it means scholar? So please don't use this name if you think supposedly is the right word there.
I am quite fond of Autumn. It's the only one on your listi like. Are you set on Rose or Linn as the mn? If Bristol holds a special place in your heart, I'd consider it for a mn.

Ok, I will dissent here and say that if you name your child after a season it should be the season they were born in. That said, I like Savannah Rose best out of the names you listed.

So then, with that thinking in mind..how is the name Summer for a girl?
OP, I like Summer for a girl. It just seems a little cheesy (being your girl is due in summer). But there seem to be two schools of thought about this -- so you just have to decide which school you subscribe to.
I know an Autum Elise and a Savannah Claire-- I think both are really lovely.

Re: Still undecided on a girl's name...
I really like both Savannah and Autumn!
Bristol doesn't get much love around here, but I can't help myself and I like it despite the Bristol Palin association.
Chelsea is my sister's name. It's OK-- feels a little dated.
Skylar is meh to me. Don't hate it, don't love it.
