Anyone else having issues with sleep? I'm physically exhausted from being up feeding LO but when I try to sleep my brain won't shut. I can't seem to sleep even when she is.
I'm in the Same boat they say sleep when the baby sleeps but I can't. I'm either doing house work, cleaning bottles , doing the laundry ect.. And I do the night feedings because my husband has to work all week. Even at night I just feel like I'm taking little naps. I haven't had a full night sleep in months! Hopefully it will get easier for us
I am still PG but I have had trouble falling back to sleep after waking up to go to the bathroom at night. I either read by flashlight long enough for my brain to turn off, or leave the tv on and fall asleep to that. If I just lie there in the dark I cannot fall asleep. So maybe something like that would help?
I have cut coffee and other caffeine out to one serving a day usually first thing in the morning. I think part of my problem is I know she is going to wake up to feed or be changed and I'm waiting for it and I'm not really able to relax.
