Omg what do I do!?!? This JUST started and I'm freaking out! My first ultrasound is tomorrow! Has this happened to anyone else???

FWIW, I had a bleeding scare at about 6w1d and all turned out ok. It was a sudden gush out of no where. It scared the crap out of me!!! Def call your RE and see what they say. In the meantime, try not to panic! (((Hugs)))
June- Femara 7.5mg + Trigger + IUI = BFN August- Lap & Hysteroscopy = Blocked & Partially Blocked Tubes
September- Femara 5mg = CX - No Response on Left = BFN October- 100mg Clomid + Trigger + TI = BFN
IVF # 1: Stims 11/30 ER 12/12/12! (10R, 10M, 8F, 2T, 6 F) :: Beta #1- 176 c/p @ 4w4d

Dh:34, no issues. Me:31, Endo, slightly hypothyroid, deformed ovary, paracentric inversion.
4 Gonal-F, Cetrotide, HcG, Crinone +TI cycles= all BFN
Lap in 2012 to remove large unresolving cyst discovered endo and double lobed ovary.
6 Gonal-F, Cetrotide, HcG, Crinone IUI cycles= All BFN,
1st IVF w/ICSI- June '13 Antagonist: Gonal-F, Menopur, Ganirelix, HcG, Estradiol, Crinone= 7 retrieved, 4 mature, 1 unfertilized, 2 abnormally fertilized, 1 normally fertilized. 2DT of only embryo and our miracle BFP.
Our beloved baby boy was born sleeping Oct. 13, 2013 due to pROM/IC/Uterine infection.
2nd IVF w/ICSI- Feb. '14 EPP/lupron/antagonist: Estrace, lupron, HGH, Gonal-F, Menopur, HcG, PIO, lovenox, doxy/dex.=21 retrieved, 16 mature, 15 fertilized!! 5dt of 1 blast/ 6 frozen. BFP! Beta 1 9dp5dt:83.9 Beta 2: 11dp5dt: 145.2 Beta 3 14dp5dt: 497 Please be our sticky rainbow baby!
I just wanted to add, I know a woman in real life who like this had bleeding in very early pregnancy and went to the ER. They said they couldn't detect a heartbeat (after she had seen it with the RE) and that she must be having a miscarriage. Well they were actually wrong, baby was fine. Thing is with the ER is they are trained to handle emergency situations like gun shot wounds, car accidents etc. They don't specialize in early pregnancy detection. Totally a different field of medicine. So if anyone ever hears of anyone being told they have lost their baby by the ER they really would be better off staying on their pregnancy maintenance drugs like progesterone etc. until the loss is confirmed by the ER.
Hope you are doing ok and had good care in the ER. FOr what it's worth, I had bleeding so much that I soaked through my underwear & trousers & even passed clots and it didn't interfere with the pregnancy at all. Try not to freak out

DX: PCOS, Stage III Endo, slight Adenomyosis, blocked tube, and probable LPD
Treatments: 6 Months Lupron Depot injections; 1500 mg metformin; 3 cycles of Clomid + TI = BFN
3 endometrial biopsies all were "out of phase"
September - December, 2013: Break to lose weight and get healthy
40 lb weight loss but still not ovulating "in phase"
February - March 2014: bcps + follistim + trigger + TI = BFP
Beta #1 (12dpo): 30; Beta #2 (18dpo): 500; Beta #3 (25dpo): 7,000!!!
1st u/s 4/16: One beautiful hb at 144 bmp
2nd u/s 4/29: hb at 166 bmp. Graduated from RE!!
