Is your HR staying the same or are you having palpatations? Does it also hurt when you breathe in?

Is it your actual heart, or pain in your chest in general? I'd call the doc - I wonder if it's related to blood pressure.

Chest pain, not sure if it's my heart but it's on the left side. My heart rate seems to be the same and it hurts like HELL when I breathe in deeply or exhale all the way. And I just burped and got another sharp pain. It effing hurts.

Well, I would drink a dr.pepper first before worrying. Sometimes hard gas bubbles form and cause pain that's excruciating enough to make you believe it's a heart attack. Also, sharp pain is usually less to worry about then a dull pain is.

Edit: sorry, read your response. I'm willing to bet that it is not your heart. Start moving around, get a back rub if you can, and take a hot shower. Don't forget the dr.pepper. If none of that helps, call.

sorry if I sound like a know it all, but I'm a hypochondriac by nature so I spend alot of time figuring these pains out. LOL

When I get this it sometimes is gas (strange I know but considering where your intestines are now since baby moved your stuff around it makes sense) but if its bad I would call your doctor just to be safe.

i had chest pains and shortness of breath a few weeks ago and it turned out to be nothing. it was just from all of my other organs taking up my lung space.
