sharp abdominal pains

I am 35.5 weeks. The shooting pain is happening primarily when the baby moves. They are stabby pains that are focused within the lower abdomen and not my cervix. I have had them on and of all day. These don't seem to be contractions as I have no corresponding tightening. Normal?

    Ya. Probably just round ligament pain.

    Sounds like it is higher up than crotch lightening. My dr reassured me that all of that stuff is normal that I was complaining about in that region since baby's head is down.
    If it doesn't go away or worsens, it can't hurt to check with the dr.

    Ugh I've also been having sharp random pains although up high, not down low. Plus general discomfort that as a FTM I have no idea what's normal or not. I have been a nuisance calling and always get "if it gets worse, come in" and it seems to pass. If you're like me, it's probably just normal pregnancy pains but never hurts to call.

    My guess is definitely RLP.
    Baby is moving around a lot and is almost out of space. That ligament is TIGHT and at this point, it doesn't take much irritation for you to feel the effects.
