My LO goes to daycare so he uses bottles of BM as well as breastfeeding. LO is almost 7 months old and I am still using the slow flow nipples for his bottles. With a breastfed baby should I ever switch to a faster nipple flow?

I asked this question recently and the answer was no

my 8 month old is still perfectly happy on level one.

as PPs have said, stick with the lowest flow they will tolerate. if the flow is too fast, it can make them get frustrated at the breast. my DS was fine with the lowest-flow nipple until he was 1 (at that point we switched him to a straw cup for BM).

Yep, mine are 5 months and still on preemie flow nipples.
