Leftover Pumpkin Chicken Chili for me

LO is having a chicken/green bean/potato puree and mashed roasted eggplant with bits from my chili and some blueberries.

    It's my dad's birthday so we are grilling some steaks and asparagus, also having baked potatoes and sautéed mushrooms. Grayson will be having the same.

    We are having left overs from our Passover sedar last night which includes matzah ball soup, turkey, sweet potatoes and kosher for Passover stuffing. There is also brisket for DH.

    Mister had some cereal, fruit and tried some soup.

    roast beef, potatoes and green beans. DH's favorite meal. When he came home he said "I was really hoping that smell was coming from our house".

    What a sweet wife you are!! I on the other hand have been torturing my husband with healthy meals he doesn't like lately!

    I made spaghetti and turkey meatballs with spinach & mozzarella mixed in with garlic bread and salad.

    It was a hit from ages 10 months to 31 years (8 people!!)

    Sloppy joes, sweet potato fries and snap peas. My husband has a crazy obsession with sloppy joes for some reason.
