My baby's hair is turning red!

It's so weird! She had dark brown hair when she was born, but it is slowly turning red! Her BD has some red haired people in his family I think, and I have a few, but I never would have guessed DD would have it. It's cute

i really hope our LO will keep hers. its looking more strawberry blonde than straight red, but only time will tell. i so wanted a little ginger! can't wait to see how all of our LO's turn out.

I'm half filipina (with graham cracker brown skin), half white and DH is a big mix of white. My baby was born without a trace of olive tone in his skin with a full head of red hair and its getting more orange by the day. Of course, my Filipino side of the family thinks its hilarious that I have a super white redhead and asked if I took home the right baby. Strangers have even asked if I am my son's bio mom and one lady assumed I was his auntie or just a friend of the other girl I was with.

But I love his orange hair even if it makes people question our biological relationship, lol.

DD's hair was brown, then red, and now blonde. She pretty much went through the whole spectrum. I was a little sad it didn't stay red, red hair is my favorite!

Yay for your ginger LO! I have red hair and DH has a ton of red in his beard so we thought for sure LO would have red hair we were a little surprised to see his super dark brown hair. Although, now he's losing it so maybe there's still a chance!

ds#1 was born with red hair, but it is now blond.

my dad is a red head with freckles all over, so i knew it was always a possibility.

That's how Charlie's BD is. He had brown hair but a red beard. I have really dark brown hair so I'm very surprised it's changing to red! But I like it. Little gingers are cute

DD's hair was jet black when she was born. When they were doing up her birth certificate they called to confirm that DH and I were both Caucasians because they had her down as being part Asian!
Now her hair is more dirty blonde to strawberry blonde depending on the light. Interested to see how it ends up...
My hair was super light brown, thin and straight until about 13 and life changes happened....and it turned dark brown, thick and super curly! So it could be a long time before we find out DD's final hair color.

DD had really dark hair and now it's blonde. She looked so bald when she was transitioning to her blonde hair. It will probably get darker as she gets older.

I have a little redhead too.

AB2K10 We have the exact same scenario, except it's DH who is half Filipino. So yeah, they don't look too much alike. There is one other redhead cousin on that side of the family (out of like 10) so there is a recessive gene in there somewhere. My mom also has red hair. I just love it.
