im blaming it on the full moon last night

Did anyone elses LO have an off night last night? DS usually doesn't get up until 3 for a MOTN feeding and he woke up screaming bloody murder at midnight. Lovely! Maybe its teething or the 6 month growth spurt, but for now I'm chalking it up to the crazy full moon last night! And thanks to an awful night, DS thinks naps are optional today. NOT okay. end vent.

    Dd was up every hour last night. It sucked bad. Of course DH was out of town and will be back tonight so he'll be all "what are you talking about? She's a great sleeper"

    I'm sorry last night was rough LB! My little man had an off night too so I think you might be right. He woke up at 2:30 this morning and thought it was a GREAT time to play. I was left tearing my hair out and trying not to imagine beating my BF with a pillow as he blissfully slept through it all.

    Dd was up a lot last night too.. This Has been going on for about 1 1/2 weeks now. I hope she gets back to normal soon.

    ds stayed latched the entire night--literally. the only time he wasn't, was when i rolled over to help dd, and during that time, ds would scream until he was latched again..so i tandemed a lot overnight...this is a big change as he STTN the night before (but doesn't normally).

    Bad night for us, too. Usually when LO wakes up, he goes right back down if I put him on his side or pat him. Last night he woke up multiple times and each time he screemed bloody murder which isn't usual for him. It was a loonngg night.

    YES!!! He fought every nap yesterday, and then he would fall asleep off and on (like 5 to 10 minutes at a time) all night.  I think I finally got him down for the night past midnight.

    That was us during the last full moon. It lasted a week and a half. I was very nervous about this one.

    She's been like that for two weeks or so. Teething and then sick and today her tooth popped through! Maybe the moon gravity got it to pop out lol. She's been attached to me all freaking day.

    DD has been up at night every 1-2 hours for the past week or so, including one night where she refused to sleep AT ALL unless one of us was physically holding her.  I hope it ends soon.  She brought home a mild case of Hand, Foot and Mouth disease from daycare, plus she's been SO drooly lately I am wondering if she's getting ready to start teething.  I always seem to be able to find some excuse if she has a rough patch with sleeping, but at almost 6 months I'm paranoid she's regressing and we'll be forced to do some sleep training.  Poor baby =(.
