A rant about spoilers (NBR)

So...I got on FB this morning and within 10 mins, I knew exactly what happened on Game of Thrones last night, even though I didn't get to watch it....the same thing happened with the Red Wedding episode...if I had know it was going to be a major episode, I would have avoided FB, but I didn't and now it's too late...I hate when people do that! I try to hard not to give anything major away regarding the shows I watch, because I know a lot of my friends don't get to watch stuff as it airs...and it wasn't just one person, there were SEVERAL who were freely talking about it (I won't go into detail because I don't want to ruin it for anyone else)....

Mondays suck enough already, this has just served to make me extra grumpy...this is me today:

    Happened to me with Walking Dead!!  I was so upset!!!  People suck!

    I haven't watched it yet and I've been avoiding any online articles that have Game of thrones in the title.  I'm hoping Joffry dies, but then the show would be over....  DON'T TELL ME, I DON'T WANT TO KNOW.   

    We just finished last season 2wks ago and before we decided that we were going to watch the series I had already known about the Red Wedding, but it didn't mean anything to me because I had never watched GOT before, so I thought I was fine when watching, BUT it wasn't the wedding I had thought it was, so I was COMPLETELY M.FN Surprised!

    I had the same problem this morning and I was super pissed!  Now I'm struggling with all of the people who have read the books and dropping big hints about what's next.  It's super annoying because if I had wanted to read ahead, I totally could have, but I specifically chose not to!!  AND because they're so smug in their knowledge, like they co-wrote the damn thing.   (deep breath)  Okay, rant over.  But dayum!

    ugh! I had a couple of snarky people comment on my complaint that if I had read the books, it wouldn't be a spoiler...uh...duh!
