How quickly did your LO catch daycare cooties?

Mine made it two weeks. Got a cold. And now I think he gave it to me.

    In 7 weeks of being in day care, my LO has been sick twice! I've been sick with whatever she got too. Not fun!

    Maybe a week and a half? And he caught his first cold from DH the week before daycare. Hope you and your LO feel better soon!

    Two weeks! She had a cold that started on a Sat. She was feeling better on Monday, so I brought her in. They called me an hr later and said to pick her up because her eye was red. I had to take her to the Dr. to confirm she did not have pink eye. Such a pain.

    Around two weeks. I had phlegm in my throat and a bad sore throat at night before she showed symptoms of this cold she got so who knows if she picked it up first or I did from being back at work with my students.

    Going on two months and no cooties. LO does have some nasal congestion right now but it doesn't seem to be amounting to anything so I'm not counting it as a cootie at this point.

    That's pretty much what I have been doing. I also use baby vapor rub and went in a steamy bathroom with him.

    She made it about 3 days and then got a cold and she was getting better but I got strep throat so she got sick again but it wasn't strep for her.

    We made it less then a week before he got a cold. The dc lady told me today that she thinks her son has chicken pox. So that's awesome.........not.

    One week...came down with RSV which landed us back in the hospital for an overnight stay :-(

    Week five and he's still doing okay ::knocks on wood::

    He's pretty much been around daycare germs since day 1, since DS1 goes and has come home with a ton of colds. I fully expect DS2 to get sick any time now.
